Indeed, the muscles are not only attributed to body movements, but also control the venous and lymphatic circulation, body temperature and more. As a result, a malfunction in muscle function can lead to different types of symptoms.

The Kinesio Taping method is applied to muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, rest tired muscles that have been overused and keep them moving on a 24-hour basis. Kinesio Taping provides support and stability to joints and muscles without restricting range of motion and circulation, like some traditional taping techniques. It is therefore used both preventively and curatively by controlling the swelling and pain associated with an injury. The technique is now popular with many Olympic athletes around the world.
